Can you pretty much eat whatever you want if you have high maintenance calories? To maintain I have to eat 3200 calories a day but find it impossible to eat that much with clean foods like chicken, rice, oats and all that other shit

Didnt mean to I went online and found a picture of multiple ben and jerry's pints I didn't over estimate my maintenance without doing anything other than lifting is 2300 but since I have to bike to get around my city it goes up by 900

No you can't. Just because you need 3200 calories, doesn't mean you can just eat 3200 calories of garbage every day. You need to find something that's not garbage that you can eat regularly. For me, that means hot dogs, steak, burgers, and the like. It doesn't have to be grilled chicken with rice every day, but it has to at least give you nutrients, unlike the garbage you just posted. It's fine to have some garbage once in a while, but not in the way that I'm guessing you're doing.

It won't kill you if you do it occasionally.

I eat about 4k calories a day, with my busy job and commitments sometimes only fried chicken and pb&j sandwiches can boost my diet to hit requirements.

Just make sure you keep lifting or you will turn into a fatass.

If you maintain at 3200 cals you must be like 240 lbs of pure muscle, otherwise you lied on the calculator

not impossible you turd. if you dirty bulk with alot of calories made up of sugars you will put on alot of extra fat (avrge is 11 - 15lbs extra every 6 months). ur maintence cals are not 3200 unless ur using somthing like cyomel...pretty easy,just eat a box of whole wheat pasta from a brand like bella terra and do not use barilla because there whole wheat is not true "durum wheat" its like a mix and still contains sugar. add in some rice, chicken, eggs and another source of protien like yogurt or go with fruit and oatmeal u turd

this "snack" is easy 1100 kcal and is cheap as dirt.
Basically oats, milk and cocoa, make it in 2 minutes, eat it in 10 mins, and im hungry 2 hours later.
You would do better to eat that than icecream

Can someone explain what makes a calorie good or bad? Like why make sure to get calories from say, a banana versus a pop tart? Is sugar and fat just bad? Is it a long term health thing, or will calories coming from sugar lead to excess body fat?

You cat eat 2000 kcal of disgustingly clean food and supplement the rest in natty pb, which is also clean
Also, adding avocado to your salads really amps up the kcals
You can also juice to get some extra carbs in preworkout without becoming full at all
