That must be nice.

25s 4 sets 12 reps. 5'8'' 145lbs new to lifting, never gone for PRs on anything and do a bro split, arms are usually semi-exhausted by the time i start curling since i do my chest and tris before i do curls. been seeing some serious noob gains in the shoulders and arms and have been loving it, friends have told me i have a good frame for lifting too. motivated to get BIG this year

>curl PR

You wanna know how i know you're DYEL?

You should be able to deadlift at least 10-15x what you curl in one hand.

90% Elite level bodybuilders don't curl more than 35lbs

How do you get arm gains faster, shit takes so long

I Dumbbell curl 1/15 my max deadlift. Checks out.

Flex a 'cep OP

55 lb 12 reps

3x10x40lb concentrated alternating db curls

3x8x53lb standing alternating db hammer curls

>40kg x 8 for 3 sets barbell curl neutral grip
>15.5 inch bicep
>176 cm / 5'9
>87 KG

only started targeting the short head a few weeks back, had been unknowingly targeting the long head for the longest time.so i dont have an aesthetic bicep peak

>80 lb x 5 reps
using your back to swing momentum doesnt count op. post a pic of you doing it cuz thats not possible at 170 lbs.
