Veeky Forums acceptable fast foods?

I know a lot of you guys prefer making your own lunches, but there are bound to be times where you either don't have a homemade lunch or are eating out with friends.

What fast food items can you eat that won't completely wreck your progress? Basically, the least damaging poisons.

Pic related for example, the Roast Beef Classic is enough to keep my stomach busy while it digests ~20 grams of protein. Little sugar, and cholesterol is alright. It'll keep me satiated until I get home and eat a proper meal.

As long as it fits your macros.

CFA chicken strips aren't the worst. The best macros is probably just the grilled chicken breasts from Jack in the Box but those aren't overly tasty.

As far as I know as long as it's got protein and isn't loaded with carbs and sugar you should be alright. Like you can get a burger but skip the fries and soda.
