Not really. I drink about 12 fluid ounces of pop every other week. I stay away from energy drinks unless I really need caffeine but my work does not have coffee so I make do, monster hydros seem okay. I eat the 300 calorie better maid chips when im at work. I only work two or three days a week tho.

When I start count calories I given up those.

I eat a bag of Chips one time a week since that is my cheat day since 4 years. But yeah, besides from Coke light I don't touch soft drinks and even Coke light or zero I drink once a month or so.

I still have chips or a can of coke occasionally, but since I started bulking I just thought to myself "do I really want my calories to be coming from that?"

I stopped drinking all kind of soda around 2 years ago, energy drinks etc included. I still eat chips from time to time though. Not very often though, maybe once or twice a month

I have diet soda nearly every day, I have some /sips/ when I don't have my PWO on me and I'll have chips or normal soda once in a while, only when I go out with friends or vacation really.

Go for whole wheat or any bread high in fiber. White bread is pretty much worthless.
