I do mostly body weight, bands and light weights, so I dont really do anything specifically I think for lats.. or at least not anything special. I guess chin ups maybe hit lats right? Some rows here and there with bands. And perhaps even ab wheel works your lats a bit maybe. But again really nothing special or of particular interest.
