If you're not trolling, start working out immediately. You're going to be skinnfat/chubbyfat piece of shit without any lean mass. You're a skeleton now, and you're just going to turn into a fatter skeleton. It's designed for young skelly men (that are literally too stupid to eat a normal calorie surplus) to lift weights and get big quickly. Not to become a fat faggot without getting stronger or gaining any lean body mass.

Wrong. The sugar in milk is naturally-occurring.
No matter the source of the sugar, after the first step of digestion it will turn into glucose in the body. And all glucose is the same.
