Always think I have low test

>Always think I have low test
>feeling weak, fatigue, generally lethargic since waking up
>My workouts always feel "forced" to get a pump
>Fuck this shit im sick of it
>Go to a doctor, get blood test done
>212 ng/dL
>I'm fucking 26
>Doc says it's normal and think im just being a pussy
>won't prescribe me some good medical grade Test

WHAT THE FUCK Veeky Forums, what do i do?

Did I really miss out of the experience of having normal levels of test? Is this why I felt like a beta my whole life despite my overwhelming willpower to get fit?

This, and stop being a faggot

Im literally counting my macros, day by day, having enough fats, protein and carbs

Eg of my diet 2 whole eggs, egg whites, oatmeal, brown rice, chicken breast, salmon, greek yogurt, some nuts, avocado oil, protein powder, kefir.

I stack my vitamins with vit d3, fish oil, zinc, magnesium. All high quality only.

I sleep 8-9 hours a day, i dont have a job atm i just graduated and only studying but im mostly relaxed and working out.

>only 2 whole eggs

I ate a 6 egg omelet with cheddar cheese and ham the other day. You know what I had for breakfast today? Pancakes, bacon, sausage, ham and three scrambled eggs. I cook my eggs in butter btw, none of that pussy vegetable oil shit. My testosterone levels are so high, that I constantly have a raging boner throughout the day. I feel fucking jacked in the gym. I'm 28.

My advice to you is to eat MORE eggs(whole, fuck that pussy ass egg white shit) and more red meat. And of course, you should be doing a full body compound workout like Stronglifts if you're not that advanced.

>Harmonized normal range in a healthy nonobese population of European and American men, 19 to 39 years, is 264 to 916 ng/dL.
and this is the new, lower number getting pushed now, CDC's bottom used to be in the 300s. basically they just sampled several thousand men and took their range as a new "normal", apparently the fact that average male serum test is dropping is of no concern to them. best of luck overcoming environmental endocrine disruption

EAT MORE. Eating a high amount of fat will boost your testosterone. Don't go for the shredded shit, you'll just fuck your hormones up.

Eggs make your eggs work real good.

Get on testosterone enanthate

I was in your exact situation, 203

I only take enough test to put me at the upper natural limit

there's a difference between going all out on gear and correcting your T levels to within historically normal ranges

Similar situation.

>Thought my test was fine.
>Big dick (my only saving grace) and good balls
>Didn't realise that's genetic not related to test levels
>Poor muscle tone, panic attacks, anxiety, no appetite, lethargy, no strength or drive.
>Get test checked.
>11nmol/L (UK, so not sure how that relates to ng/dL)
>NHS "range" is 9 to 35 nmol/L so I don't need TRT
>11nmol/L is the level of an 80 yr old man

My GP explained that TRT is around 100-150mg test a week. A basic steroid cycle is 500-600mg week.

I took the plunge, literally, and it's the best thing I've ever done.

Put on two stone in two months. I literally looked ill before. My Dad died of cancer in January and we joked a few weeks before he was "still not quite as skinny !" (his humour around his death was amazing, but I digress).

My lifts have quadrupled in places, I can eat 4000kcal a day no problem, my confidence and persona is amazing, my anxiety and panic attacks are totally gone, my drive and work ethic is like I'm a different person (and I wasn't exactly a slouch anyway). It's fucking amazing.

I no longer disgust women with my appearance, which is why I considered it in the first place (and there's a long way to go) but honestly, I'd be on gear knowing what I know now just for the psychological aspects, even if it didn't help with muscle growth.

My GP also has full knowledge of my steroid use, and gives me regular bloodwork. My FBC and liver values actually came back healthier after 5 weeks on gear than in the previous 10 years.

The one thing it cannot give you, because you need it before you can start, is the willingness to make a change. to read, to research, to decide, to make a difference in your life. If you can't do that, you don't deserve to change.

>high and mighty about willingness to change
>steroid user

your test levels are low because steroids have destroyed your gonads, by the way

>not reading a word I wrote
>being this fucking stupid/American

For those who aren't as stupid/brainwashed-allegiance-pledging as you, it's worth noting that I realise once I stop my cycle (I'm on week 10 of 15) my natural test levels will return to their (below average) normal.

I've got the option of just riding out PCT, putting up with it for a bit, then going onto my next cycle roughly in Jan next year (cycle+PCTx1.5) or just going on a cruise dose and accepting that I always had naturally low test, raising it artificially did wonders for my health, so I might as well keep injecting forever.

After all, some people are diabetic and will die if they don't inject insulin. I've nearly died several times due to being low test. Even if all the totally incorrect shit about the risks of steroids was actually true, I'd still take the risk in return for not living through the hell I lived through before.

I'm going through radiation therapy for cancer right now and expect my test to tank. I was only at around 450 pre diagnosis.

They'd better give me some fucking TRT if that happens.

Just take test and deca for the rest of your life.

Do you have to specifically ask your doctor to do this test or is it done with the regular blood test?

eat brazil nuts

I don't count my macros and never manage my carbs or protein intake.

I eat Chik-Fil-A most days and never take vitamins. I sleep 4-5 hours at most a night.

Yet I always progress. I think your doctor is right and you are just a pussy.

Do this. In order of importance:

5000 IU vitamin D3/day
30mg Zinc/day
Reduce stress as much as you can, meditate if it helps
Sleep 8-10 hours in a completely dark room, as little noise as possible
Eat a caloric surplus
Get some saturated fat + cholesterol daily. Nothing crazy, like 2-3 eggs worth a day
Eat enough carbs
More sex
Eat enough protein - ~0.80g/lb, around 100-130g is fine for almost anyone, and over eating protein just takes more energy to break down.
Eat enough fat - 80-120g/day - polys, monos, and saturated
Quit caffeine to make sleep even deeper - yes it will suck ass for like 2 weeks
Cruciferous veggies - broccoli + cauliflower

Over the course of 2-3 months you'll probably triple your test levels.

Good luck lad, I hope you'll be ok.

Since I am already posting, what are your lifts op? I am just curious.

Too much vit D, in europe there is vitamin D added to plenty of sources like milk. It's easy to get too much vitamin D with the amount you suggested. I took around 120 mcg a day for a year and got lab tested, mine were at the lowest point for toxicity already.

50 mcg a day is good for a general rule, anything more and you NEED to get your labs done.

Sorry my bad, didnt see the sources. I just thought it was a stupid blogpost lol.

200mg test weekly should put you in the upper range. Aim for 150-200mg test a week. Will probably change your life for the better. Go to a different doctor and try to get it prescribed. If all fails, just buy it online.

you can buy trt online?

You can buy everything online, my friend. Illegal of course. I buy my steroids online, but within my own country, so that I don't have to deal with customs.

well i am a retard, i thought trt was a thing you took like a drug and not some program your doctor sets up. im in the military so i try to stay away from anything that could potentially ahow up in a blood test or make me piss hot.
i dont think ive got low test but you cant really be sure without a bloodtest can you? ive got an average sized dick and grow body/facial hair like a motherfuck

dick size and hair growth is not the best indicator for low/high test.

Are you depressed often?
Do you often feel tired?
Low energy?
No motivation for doing shit?
Does your recovery suck?
Hard time putting on size?
Hard time getting boners?
No morning wood?
General anxiety around people, especially woman?
Do you often take the lead or not?
Are you a doer or more of a thinker?
Do you speak your mind or rather keep quiet?
Do you feel good "inside your skin" or not?

Lots of stuff, but those are better indicators (save for a blood test of course) if you have low test.

TRT is usually something your doctor will prescribe to you. But one can always do it oneself if one's doctor refuses. Then again, it's a huge waste if your testosterone levels are normal. Going from levels of 750 to 1000 is not going to make a huge difference and is not worth shutting your own testosterone production down for (unless you are cruising and blasting, which I am).

TRT is usually injecting 75-200mg of test a week.

Don't just assume your test levels are low, have them tested. A normal dick size does not mean you don't have low test. High test during puberty doesn't mean you have high test today. It can drop for several reasons. Although, chances are, your levels are normal.

Feeling tired all of the time could have several other reasons than low test (e.g, hypothyroidism).

im tired all the time but i think that has more to do with working graveyard shift and not keeping a consistent schedule. most things i nees to do are only open while im usually asleep or have an appintment. been 175 and 5'11 since freshman year of highschool
i dont get hard to things that i used too but i think thats from an overexposure to porn, im working on cutting back/more vanilla stuff, same with morning wood probably 50/50
talking with chicks is nothing like highschool but i still spill spaghetti sometimes, it happens to the best of us. not sure what you mean by taking the lead often, i mainly work alone but i take initative to get shit done if i think it needs it and i invite people to do stuff more often than i get invited i think. id like to get stronger/bigger/faster but i dont have body issues, plenty of people have seen me naked and ive never been ashamed.

damn i dont know shit about test or hormones in general. that biology class i took was garbage. why is the "normal" range so big, 250-1000 seems like a massive difference. whats cruising and blasting, do you just binge on test suplements for a while then take a break for your body to recover?
thanks for dealing with the blog post, im only halfway done with my shift and bored to death.

the answer to your problems senpai. [see pic]

The (((medical establishment))) doesn't care what's best for you, they want to create a docile, easily-controlled society of domesticated soyboys. The only way out is to supplement it yourself, i.e. stop being a nattycuck.

Am I fucked bros? I'm 222 fat and was thinking about just lifting because diets suck. Should I just keep eating and lift to get into bear (more like cub) mode or lose weight? Either way will my test go up?

cut

Brehs, just get some bloodwork. All these things a merely a better guideline than dicksize/hairgrowth.
They can have many others reasons too, like hypothyroidism, overtraining (inb4 meme), vitamin/mineral deficit, degernate lifestyle (sitting around all the time), not enough sun/fresh air/movement etc.

Get yourself tested, multiple times at best and then go from there.

but military doctors are terrible. theyll give me some motrin and say hydrate more.

Can't you tell them you simply want to check your test levels? I don't know how the docs in your country operate, but here (Germanfag) I can tell them what I want to have checked.

Why do you suggest cutting instead of just lifting? Not trying to meme or anything I really want answers.

You're right, I'll go to the doctor. There's no point in making things more complicated than what they are and worrying myself.

nah man, here in the us weve got to schedule any medical shit like 3 weeks out at least and theyre notorious for doing nothing. if you ask for a test check i can almost garuntee theyll think im just trying to get roids since im 22 and can pass my pt test.
really im not worried about test levels, im just her for a conversation. armory life is pretty boring.

What about civilian doctors though?
And are there options for private bloodtests? Like kits you can get and then send to a lab?

i mean maybe,i know you can do paternity tests and shit through the mail, dont see why you cluldnt do a blood test. if i saw an actual civilian doctor id have to pay out of pocket, insurance wouldnt cover it unless i was refered by a military doctor through them.

>what do i do?
Go to a different doctor. If American, you likely have one near you who specializes in low-t. Otherwise, go on a trip to Florida. They're all over the place here (because old people and vain Cubans)

Ah yeah, american health care system..
You need to become best bro with one of the military docs!

hey OP i'm you from the future at age 29 with a (quite) bit more test, clocking in at 301 - 589

You can clean up your diet, you can get more physically active doing either cardio or lifting every day and take all the supps you want but if you actually have low T it won't make a lick of difference. Be safe, get more bloodwork done to be absolutely sure. Make sure you don't suffer from sleep apnea because that can be a major source of your fatigue and expect a doctor to suggest a sleep study before trt. If you're in the USA prepare to get fucked in the ass having to go from doc to doc coughing up $200 for new patient fees. I've been trying to get diagnosed since February and it's been hell. Only now I found a place that takes me seriously and it's Defy.

Blogpost below do not read if uninterested in blogposting

>During my initial visit nurse enters some basic info, I notice a huge F next to my name and ask about it
>"lol i dunno what that means"
>Tell GP about my symptoms and request bloodwork for test
>Bloodwork gets done BUT
>I'm marked as female
>I have extremely high test for a woman at 589
>GP asks me if I abuse steroids since my total testosterone number is red and marked with an H
>I tell her no and it's messed up because I'm marked as female
>GP tells me that health markers for men and women are pretty much the same
>Nurse tells me the same shit
>GP sends me to a endo for high test
>Cough up $250 for the endo visit in addition to $115 to the GP
>Endo listens to my symptoms and tells me there's a big risk of prostate cancer if he perscribed me TRT
>Endo orders T3 test since he suspects my symptoms have to do with my thyroid
>T3 came back normal and he says I'm perfectly healthy
>Another $115 to see GP because the GP scheduled an appointment after the endo results
>GP tells me I'm perfectly healthy and I urge for more bloodwork
>Another like $150 or some shit for free test, e2 and other estrogen

its actually a pretty solid healtcare on paper, its just worse than pulling teeth trying to use it. i.e. i can get lasik for free but i have to go to the clinic on base and get approved, send the package to the main center in texas to get approved, then send it over to the navy because theyre the closest ones to do it. theyve lost my package twice now

>At this point I talk to Defy as well and they get some very thorough bloodwork ordered, like another $200
>All the estrogen comes back out of range, actually quite low
>At this point I begin to consider my frequent urination, low test symptoms and kind of shitty joints might not be normal
>Defy bloodwork comes back, total test at 301 and I believe the free test may have been low as well
And that’s where I am now. Talked to GP again after the estrogen tests and I said I was hesitant to see the same endo again. I asked specifically if she knew any doctors that specialized in sex hormones, maybe endos that helped trans people with HRT but she didn’t. I was sent to another endo but I still haven’t made an appointment with them because I’m going to have to pay another $200 as a new patient. I also have a Defy appointment on Monday so I don’t know if it’s worth it.

Anyway OP, get your fucking bloodwork done and prepare to get fucked in the ass

What were the last names of these doctors? -berg? -stein? -baum? You were getting dicked around because you were willing to pay the (((new patient fees)))

I have a little tip for all of Veeky Forums, if one person follows it I'll be happy. Go to a Hispanic doctor in a poorer Hispanic community. They'll prescribe just about anything, culturally brown people just don't care about that shit.

I wouldn't be surprised if you could just go into a little local pharmacy with the juice's name on a piece of paper and they'd just sell it to you, assuming you pay cash.

In Germany you need to ask your doc. It costs 70€ and usually you get your results the next day

>I'd be on gear knowing what I know now just for the psychological aspects, even if it didn't help with muscle growth.
Fuuuuck, this is one thing I'm seriously considering too. I'm in good shape, but all the other pre-celltech mental traits you mentioned hit too close to home. Only thing that's keeping me from doing it is the worry I'd end up in even worse mental state after hopping off.

Hialeah is great for shit like that.

look at the art of manliness testosterone article(the free one not the ebook) on some basic normie way to naturally increase your test. the tldr iirc is eat more animal fat and natural foods, lift heavy ,do hiit, make sleeping well a priority, try to find large sources of constant stress in your life

>Otherwise, go on a trip to Florida. They're all over the place here (because old people and vain Cubans)

I'm Mr. Got Fucked In The Ass and I'm in Florida. Are you talking specifically about Defy or other places? Do GPs in Florida prescribe TRT? Urologists? Is there anything I should be looking out for?

forgot to add, it's not so much about increasing your test above normal as restoring your normal test,it's why that guy saw such impressive results from doing basic stuff, your goal is to be normal then aspire for more

Well Defy is in Tampa. It might be worth it to take the trip to West Palm or Lauderdale for it. They tend to not give a shit if you've got the dosh to pay for it, or like said, to Miami (or Hialeah) itself.

Good luck mate

bodyfat has a significant impact on T levels.
Too low isn't good, too high isn't good either.
10-15% bodyfat is probably the safest range.

You fucking kidding? Eastern yurop here, I can go to a lab, get the blood taken, say I want test lvls, and it's like 5€ + 4€ blood taking service.

Poland?
I should go to east europe for bloodworkd and /fraud/

Nope, it's true. If you want to get your cholesterol or thyroid checked it's free, but something unusual like testesterone costs money

Belgium here, getting T levels tested is literally just another checkmark on the form the doc gives to the lab.

go to a different doctor or buy ilegal test and pin it yourself and stop being a pussy, i did and it went great, best decision of my life, i'm styll pretty dyel though

Do you have to take it forever now?

Does this get in the way when e.g. you want to go on holiday for 2 weeks and cant take it through an airport?

...

not OP but i'm also low test, 313ng/dl in my country is more than enough to get trt
and yes, i have to take it forever, twice a week 200mg of test (even though i pin 350mg hehe)
i go to my doctor once a month to get my prescriptions.

This is so fucking motivating.

What about long term risks?

> My GP also has full knowledge of my steroid use, and gives me regular bloodwork

How did you get this relationship going? How did you even bring up the subject? How do you find a doctor who is OK with it?

People use vegetable oil to fry eggs? Only in the US.

He is right. You will reap huge mental benefits just by cutting to 10-15%

Start eating the hearts of animals you kill

313 is low enough for TRT?! wow!!! eastern europe?

> even though i pin 350mg hehe

teehee ;)

holy fuck i just realized how far my hairline receeds. this is the first time in a while ive grown my hair out a bit but its terrible. i think im just gonna stick with buzzing my hair from now on. pic related.

Do you know if TRT affects fertility?
Asking for a friend

German here, I pay 20 Euros for Testo Bloodtest

The truth is that nothing will increase your test levels significant enough to make a difference (unless you already have a deficiency that was fucking everything up from the first place, which apparently you don't) unless you roid

is that equivalent to what, one pill? I've started taking two pills of 2500 each

Can your general physician test your T levels or do you usually get a reference to see a different doctor?
