Your arms gets way more volume than any other muscle.
Your chest wont grow much unless youre made for benching.
your calves and wrist/finger extensors doesnt get any work.

And if you do it 3 times a week it means youre only training the muscle once or twice a week. Which not optimal at all. You want to train each muscle 2-3 times a week.

Deadlifts hit the flexor digitorium superficialis and rows hit the brachioradialis. 80% of forearm size you're able to build is there.

The thing that really bugs me is forgetting about shoulders. OHP and Bench only hit front delts effectively. Lateral Raises and Face Pulls need to be included.
