You'll make it man, don't worry. Have you tried adding 3 or 4 sets of incline dumbbell work to help your chest out? Either presses or flies?

thanks brah. I have not tried that! today's 115 set went pretty well so I think I should be able to hit 125 on Saturday and get past the plateau for now. but I will keep that option in mind
did you start out with some fat on you?
Supplement back squat with front squats if you back squat low bar, helped me push past 2x bw. Quads were a big weakness for me. Your deadlift strength off the floor will get better too.
OHP is so fucking hard to progress
Try adding 2-3 sets of dumbbell lateral raises. See if it helps!

Also make sure you're eating appropriately. Most of your carbs before/after your workouts, adequate protein intake of 0.8-1g/lb body weight, 8hrs of sleep per night, and daily 5mg creatine makes a huge impact.

You can make bodyweight exercises as easy or as difficult as you want you muppet, do you think doing one armed handstand pushups is easier than bench pressing 300 lbs?
This is made much less impressive by the fact that I'm female, and a 103lb womanlet at that. Their levels for women seem super low to me.
