The rare times I actually eat breakfast I go for turkey bacon (organic), 2 eggs (no milk or butter) with chopped peppers and black beans (splash of hot sauce occassionally) and sometimes plain oatmeal with a little honey.

Up to 100g milk (total) in one or two large cups of coffee.
27g protein, 60g carbs, 8g fat. Around 420 calories. Breakfast is my pre-workout.
