Is tuna the biggest secret nutrition redpill?

Is tuna the biggest secret nutrition redpill?

Easy/cheap to buy in bulk, 45g of protein per can, and only 180 calories.

Doesn't taste great dry, but you can wolf it down quick. Canned pink salmon is a great alternative as well at 36g protein and 150 calories. Tastes better and easier to eat.

Really helped me fill in the extra 30-40g I was missing

Any other protein redpills

enjoy your mercury poisoning

eating straight peanut butter.

who put the screw in the tuna???

enjoy your mercury poisoning faggot

>eating anything from the sea
enjoy your cancer

assuming you're an average, healthy person, your liver should tolerate minute amounts of toxins. you have a better chance of getting cirrhosis from excessive drinking than mercury poison in modern day times..

Man Kenan and Kel was a great show

It's like half that per can.

>eating anything at all and not becoming a breatharian.
no, enjoy your cancer

what do you mean by "getting mercury poisoning"? there are known levels of mercury in canned tuna. it's not going to kill you but there will be effects

Solid white chicken of the sea has 15g protein per serving, 3 servings per can

Should I stick with pink salmon for a little less protein and no mercury risk?

How quickly did you gain those kgs, user?

Yes, but not that nigger tier tuna.

>kill the same tuna
>slap a "sustainable" label on it
>sell it for 3x the normal price

>LOW MERCURY(((((*)))))

yeah, about that...

Step aside, fish eating plebs

The science shows that there is no reason bodybuilders should cut tuna out of their diets due to the current mercury scare.
One can of chunk lite a day is a reasonable and safe intake for a 200lbs man without the risks of any health problems.
If you want to eat more tuna now make sure to increase your consumption over the course of several weeks so your kidneys can adjust.
Adding 1.5 gram of NAC to your diet is a good idea so you can keep your glutathione stores full and your liver healthy.

i had 2 cans a day for over 3 months in a row when i was cutting
how am i still alive?

Found the poorfag. Try a can of good tuna, it's a nice one piece of fish and tastes amazing. I never knew how disgusting regular tuna was until i ate this stuff.

yes

I also make peanut butter / banana / milf smoothies

>falling for the (((mercury))) meme

Lmao more tuna for me.

Also, if you're a bitch like OP and can't eat it straight, add some hot sauce or lemon or something

FAGGOT

Mix a can with half an avocado, some spring onions and a little salt and pepper. So fucking delicious! Have it every other day on whole grain bread for my 500 calorie fast day meal.

Protein from hemp is good.

Tastes like ass. Beef jerkey is a much better snack

a dab of Mayo helps if its dry and you dont want to chew it forever.

obv dont be a fat cunt and add too much mayo.

I add olive oil

We have no beef with bb.com.

This shit right here. ==>

You can thank me later Veeky Forums.

Did you intentionally search for a picture that has the nutrition facts label showing?

>Protein 0g

Cool jar of salt bro.

You aren't.
You died in your sleep and this is hell.
BTW your body was found with a remote controller up your ass.

Bro, it's fucking relish. Except it doesn't have added carbs and sugar. It's a condiment.

Does *ANYONE* have any idea why here in the USA.... we still have this canned fish stuff which has "important" / "noticeable" / "found to be..." levels of Mercury ?

**** And.. where did all of this Mercury come from ? Was it the "Greatest Generation ?" was it Soviet Spy Satellites ?

>I want to eat fish, and a lot of fish, and not die.

>wasting money on condiments

never gonna make it

>where did all of this mercury come from?

Industrial pollution lol

To eat with tuna you numbskull

I wouldn't recommend that. Too much mercury and radioactivity in the water after Japan's spill. I used to eat fish and now I get rashes on my fuckin hand dude. Don't do it

Honestly mercury levels in all but a few fish are really of concern.

>where did this mercury come from?

Mostly from coal emissions from power plants.

>Canned chicken
Surely this is a meme

Its processed meat. Just like boloney and hot dogs...which are cheap and full of protein like canned tuna.
I can buy a pack of hotdogs or boloney for a dollar or less and get atleat 40 grams of protein, but I'm not.

>bologna
>hot dogs
>full of protein
>tuna
>processed meat
>boloney
>>>>>>boloney

I'm sincerely surprised and impressed that you remember to breathe.
