This means you need to calculate your Basal Metabolic Rate, and then by a combination of calories burned per day through exercise and calories eaten under maintenance, create a deficit of 1250 calories.

TLDR; You probably need to eat 1500 calories a day (assuming male, any less is not recommended) and work your ass off at the gym every single day.

Don't do a pure fast, you'll tank your metabolism to shit and gain back twice the amount of weight you lost. If you're really desperate, try Alternate-day Fasting or IF
