You'd be surprised at how common this is in Murica. I was an EMT for 4 years in South Mississippi before I joined the military and I saw this 6 times. Im convinced it is the single most traumatic thing that a person can witness. I've seen a guys head blown off 2 feet away from me. His brains and skull literally covered me and the only reason I flinched is because the impact of the round scared me. Never go into the medical field anons.
