65kg x 5 for working sets, so a max of probably 75kg, should be able to 67.5kg 5x tomorrow though.

It's improving, but every day I'm supposed to focus on bench I jump over and do some sicknasty OHP because it's so much fun.

I only do bent over rows, what should I estimate the pendlay row to be? Also where do bent over rows fit in on 1/2/3/4?

65 is ~145, 75 ~ 165 and 67.5 ~ 150.
