I'm in dire need of help

Guys, I have a 14 inches wide neck. It's so fucking ridiculous to look like this at 23.

I get mistaken for 15 all the time, weighing 55kg at 178cm.

I have to know how to thicken my yoke, i.e. trapezius, and neck muscles.

You guys got any pointers? I've been doing neck curls with 7kg on my forehead for a few months, but absolutely no improvement.

Thats bullshit. He should buy a neck harness and eat lots of carbs. Works well for neck size.

Also start with low weight and do high reps. You will gain easily an inch at least.

Have you tried doing deadhang neck pulldowns?

Neck curls, no memeing here. At least, that's only exercise i use for my neck and i see results. Look at alphadestiny yoke training on youtube, he has made lot of videos dedicated to this topic with valuable info

Train like a shotput athlete would and add like 15kg to your frame

Horrid advice here.
Your neck is just a part of your core. If you do enough compounds and core work and continue eating you'll get a bigger neck.

doesn't matter for manlets

5'7 170 with 16.5 inch neck and i look small next to normal height guys who don't even work out. been lifting for 4 years and my numbers are pretty good for someone my height and weight

You need to be doing 300 reps of neck curls every other day, it should feel like hell
