Are bumper plates harder to lift than iron plates?
Are bumper plates harder to lift than iron plates?

Yes
if they weigh more
Are you fucking stupid?
no steel is harder with more mass
Iron is heavier
They definitely feel harder for OHP and bench
They are easier as the centre of mass is further from the centre of the bar, due to their width, causing it to bend more.
this you retards
that's why we should have osmium weights
Because its center of mass is distributed over a large area
Yes they generate more air resistance.
a pound of iron is heavier than a pound of plastic you stupid faggot
>a pound is heavier than a pound
What did user mean by this?
have you picked up iron you fucking retard?
Then why can I digest iron but plastic comes straight out the shit hole
good question lad
we need a doctor to settle this shit
T-this is bait... right?
nice argument there faggot
how dense could you be?
just pick up some iron
Most reretarted posts i have never seen lol
still no argument
fuck off retard
Im an iron scientist and can tell you that iron weights are harder to lift than bumper plates. I stake my entire career on it.
stupid faggots don't want to believe science
s.m.h
sorry sweetie but a scientist just backed up my claim
What is wrong with you
I've gone to a new gym with bumper plates and my bench and OHP has gone down significantly
It is not a coincidence
thank u for posting this
...
why would you save that shit man?
Chris Duffin here
Depends if you use whippy bar for deadlifting or not
If bumpers allow you to bend the bar more due to more weight closer to edge then its objectively easier to deadlift same weight.
who?
