Top tier states - California, Florida, New York. There is a reason probably 95% of the rich and famous live in one of these states when they could literally live anywhere.

2nd tier - Colorado, Texas - Also cool but not quite as much going on as top tier.

Meth tier - Wyoming, Montana, North/South Dakaota, Missouri, Oklahoma, Kansas - So boring that meth starts to look like a reasonable hobby

Bottom tier - Alabama, Mississippi - Fundamentally fucked. Consistently worst states in America by all metrics and not getting better anytime soon. No one ever moves here for a good reason.
