Dishes pulled immediately from the oven will continue to cook for 5-10 minutes after.

I use pic related to create a greate varity of dishes varity using

- potatos/rice/nudles
- minced beef pork/chicken
-any veggie

alot of the spices if not all are available as salt and dried I always use fresh onions though

if you learn to make a rouxe you can make yummy tasty sauces in the pan with your meat (milkbased if your bulking a bit of water and dried broth if your cutting)

this also comes in handy

let me give an example

rub chicken with chilli cumin garlic powder

dice one green paperika one onion

saute in butter

add chicken cook through

create a dark roux in the pan add some water add some of the spice you already used to taste (or dump in canned tomato sauce)

serve with rice

dang forgot the sellerie salt

I have an extensive collection of hot sauce in my cabinet. Tabasco is what I grew up using and continues to be my favorite. Fuck you.

Thoughts on Tapatio?

One of the best Mexican hot sauces. Typically reserve it for Mexican food but I like it on scrambled eggs as well.

I'd recommend frozen strawberries and/or blueberries. Raspberries were a little to sour without any kind of added sweetener.

Nice fibre though.

this recipe is fucking trash. 15 min. under heat and pressure fucks the nutrition of all leafy greens, and destroys most biologically active components of spices.

ideal cooking method for all leafy greens is 5 min steam of loose leaves.
spices should be cooked at a minimum - to get the flavors while preserving nutrition,

1) bloom in warmed fat, preferably coconut oil or ghee
- this is literally just mixing the spices, hitting them with a quick grind in the mortar, then mixing them for a few min. in warm fat at around 60 - 80 deg. C.
2) allow to cool slightly
3) place steamed and cooled greens in bowl
4) toss with spice/fat mixture
6) serve immediately

If you make a day or two ahead

5) Eat cool, or warm gradually in oven - no microwave

maximum nutrition. Even more nutrition than eating these things raw.

salsa
sour cream
cheese
guacamole
Mexican spice of your choice (I use the store bought shit on bulk, its good)

You can make your own guacamole if you want but that takes a lot of time and you'll end up with way too much (unless youre bulking)

My bowls are 450cals but ofcourse you can always use a fattier meat and more cheese if you wanna bulk.

Seconding. I use either of these with vanilla protein powder mixed in. Also bananas with peanut butter protein is GOAT.

You really need to try different ones to see which you like I love most sardines but I have had some brands that fucking made me want to puke. Try this brand from picture, also it is said to eat the smallest sardines possible so the tins with highest count.
