I eat 8000 calories a day but I seem to be losing weight
try downloading a calorie counting app! you are probably eating less than you think
I put on the slow cooker and eat 8000 calories of pulled pork throughout the day but I just can't seem to put on any weight
i eat 10000 a day and walk hungry
the slow cooker is probably burning some of the calories while cooking

Lads what kind of trahceps accessory should I do when my program says "triceps" keeping in mind I hate LTEs? I already do CGBP too so..
I'm exactly the same, can't stand LTEs. If its infrequent I would just go ahead and do them anyway, you could also try French press.
Otherwise I'd honestly throw in OHP or something, if you're not training it (like in most PL programs)
If you are, then just do close grip pushups as a last resort. Or dips.
