50 lb dbs for 12
I don't curl much though. Just a few sets when I do back
30lbs. Strict form. Ready to move up to 35s.
Can only do dumbbell curls. Barbell curls make my forarm bone feel like its gonna snap. E z curl bar is fine. Its that supinated grip that kills me.
I've been doing 30 for 15 for a while should probably up it

Wait, other people's wrists hurt like death on the bar too? I thought it was because of the fireplace-skateboard accident I had as a child that ended with double broken wrists
I did 80 db for one once. I cannot do 1 plate bb curls though. The most I tried before that was 115 for 3 reps while drunk and dressed nicely.
That was when I just got back into curls. Now I stopped doing them again. One day I really need to stick with them because my arms are pathetic looking.

It's not that interesting, but if you really want the details:

>have a hormonal disorder that gives me extremely brittle bones (cured since then)
>think skateboarding is really neat
>beg parents to buy me a skateboard for months
>they finally get me one but tell me to only use it while supervised
>live out in the country with gravel roads so no place to ride it anyway
>parents go out for the night
>decide hardwood floor in living room is perfect for skateboarding
>put board on ground and get a running start toward it
>jump on it like a fucking moron
>plow straight through the room and into the fireplace
>skateboard shoots out from under me
>put both arms out to break my fall
>into the fireplace
>hands hit the ground and both of my forearms shatter like glass
>third degree burns on hands
>no eyebrows to be seen
>have to run screaming with literal noodle arms to my nearest neighbor who lived two miles away
Everything turned out fine in the end. Apparently I pulverized nearly all the bone in my wrists. It's pretty miraculous that they work without major problems today.

Whenever I see someone curl more than 80lbs it's always cheating. Lol. My arms exploded in size when I stopped doing cheat curls.

Wow never knew Veeky Forums was so weak at curling. I didnt train biceps 8 months of training because I fell for the MAIN 4 ONLY meme so my curl is pretty shite. Im curling 95 strict for 10, but Im hoping to hit 135 by next year.

I do 20lb hammer curls for 80 reps then 40 reps then 20-30 reps
77lbs for 10 reps full range of motion
I only do reverse curls. I feel like pullups and reverse curls are enough for fhe biceps
Dont want to look like that retardeds with huge ass arms in comparision with the rest of the body/frame
Try curling half your bodyweight with as many reps as you did chin ups next time you go to gym.
