Hey boys who /excitedtolift/ today? Let's see some enthusiasm
Post your workout for the day >chest and triceps >flat barbell bench 3 sets 6-8 reps >incline dumbbell 3 sets 8-10 reps >incline barbell 3 sets 6-8 reps >weighted dips 3 sets 5 reps >bodyweight dips TF >cable flys 4 sets 10 reps >tricep kickback 4 sets of 10 >cable tricep push down 4 dropsets Favorite day in the rotation, nothing's better than progressing on chest. Probably won't have time to hit all my accessories on my lunch break though.
What's your weekly routine look Like? I'd like to get more oly lifts in but I'm progressing so well on my lifts that I don't want to change anything up right now. I've been considering adding declines but my upper chest was lacking development, so I may throw them in layer.
Christopher Hughes
My chest as a whole lacks development because of genetics and overall subpar training. I figure getting flat and then switching declines and inclines will maximize growth considering I do 2 uppers a week on a 5 day workout plan.

Already did my lifts for today. My ex really pissed me off the night before and all my lifts went up 10-20kg. Rage works better than creatine.

Nice user
I'm doing: 3 x 5 ohp 1 x 5 deadz 3 x F pull up 3 x 5 front squat
3 x 10 arnold curls 3 x 10 lat raises
Any critiques on this? I'm cutting so I feel like the volume is good, but I have wondered if the lift choice/order could be improved.
Brayden James
Flat bench hits lower a lot more than upper, so you may eventually see some disparity doing incline flat AND decline. But I'm also a chestlet so who knows. What kind of split are you running? Channeling anger into satisfying lifts is the best path to inner peace.
Cooper Jones
What kind of routine are you running? Full body? Otherwise I typically split up my squats and deads into different days so I can go heavy on both, and I do my pull ups before my deadlifts because after heavy deads my grip is always shot.

>42340919 >3 x F Pull up? do weighted pull ups

Im doing leg hypertrophy >4x12 squatz >4x12 romanian DL's >4x12 leg extensions and some HIIT because im Fatty McFat
It feels like doing anything other than squats(and DL's which i alternate with) for legs is a ...waste? I dunno, romanians hit pretty good i guess but sometimes i feel like i could just do my squats and go home and not really lose any gains
bench, db bench, lying triceps ext pullup, pullover, incline curl front squat, calf raise, bb hip thrust push press, bnp, triceps bb row, db row, curl snatch grip dl, bulgarian split squat, decline curl rest (or not)
It's pretty sweet in that you get to train everyday. Also I came up with this myself
David Roberts
are you roiding?
if not then why are you doing garbage split like this
Thomas Perry
It's tunas 3 day split, A day: chest and true B day: legs and pho C day: back and his ABCABCx Pretty straightforward intermediate routine bro. Good mix of strength and hypertrophy, seen consistent strength progression and great aesthetic progress.
Ethan Wood
Chest and tris Legs and OHP Back and bis Goddamn phone

UL. I'm sure I'm doing too much for U day, but I'll modify as I go. And bigger arms is a specific goal of mine, so I think the triceps and biceps stuff is necessary.
Luke Cooper
Fair enough, did you build your own routine or base it off someones?

You know you can disable autocorrect, right?
Eli Roberts
Yeah but it comes in handy more often than not. It's just a pain in the ass when I'm using vernacular and abbreviations.
