I'm not sure if I agree with you. Ex fatty here, lost 45 kg and now I'm at "ideal" weight. My advice is to start losing weight right now, the reason for that is that I feel like I lost the best years of my life being a fatfuck(17,18,19) while my friends were going out and having fun I was unable to enjoy these years. The sooner you start, the less time you lose to enjoy life, because really life gets much better when you become "normal again". So self hatred is the biggest motivation, at least it was for me.
