A lot off you seem to waste time with games, a lot off you seem to lack any purpose, find your purpose friends, stop wasting time with video games, I play them as well but I don't spend my day doing so, that stuff is toxic you will find yourself wishing you hadn't, I speak from personal experience.

I'm 27 years old. I believe in taking care of myself, and a balanced diet and a rigorous exercise routine. In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I'll put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now. After I remove the ice pack, I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower, I use a water activated gel cleanser. Then a honey almond body scrub. And on the face, an exfoliating gel scrub. Then apply an herb mint facial mask, which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an aftershave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

So you're like legit nocturnal. How do you sleep through the day? Black out curtains? Do you get enough sunlight?

Workdays: Up at 5am, prepare for the day, do a few sets of pullups, leave for work at 6, bike 15 minutes, arrive at 6:15 to open before everyone gets there, work a 12 hour shift, get home, dinner, work out, in bed by 9:30.

My 3 days off:
Up between 6 and 10 depending on if I sleep in or not, go to the gym sometime between 8-11, stay about an hour and a half, walk or bike home, shower, eat, clean the house, meal prep, shop, generally get chores done, in bed by 9:30.

Not him (i'm ) but it's not so bad. I'm an introvert and I get by fine with just my gf and 1 or 2 close friends. Honestly it's what you make of it, I work nights at a hotel and it's definitely possible to have a social life- especially since at most he or I are only working 5 days a week
