firstly im not a neet i believe with the right daily programming almost anyone can do this but i highly reccomend going to sleep as if from the moment you turn off the lights to when you have to wake up 10 hours will pass

through this even if i have trouble falling asleep or have to get up at some point to piss or drink im almost guaranteed about 9 hours of sleep

If I really want to sleep and want to sleep for 9 to 10 hours I chew a 3mg melatonin. It knocks me out in 15 minutes. I do this maybe 5 times a month when I know I won't sleep and I have to. I don't suggest it.

I think rellying on something to fall asleep is terrible for you. The best way to do it is to exhaust all of your energy and dont look at TV phone computer for at least 4 hours before you sleep. Sometimes that's not possible. I'm sure it won't actually hurt you though. It fucking puts you down hard.

I went through a police academy in a right to work state (where they're basically allowed to torture their employees). Typically I'd only get 2-4 hours a sleep on most nights, then wake up and do PT. We'd run 5+ miles on rocks then do gay crossfit stuff. Then you'd get 10-15 mins in the middle of a 12 hour day to try and eat. This shit went on for 6 months, couldn't make gains because of the sleep/food depravation but my pain tolerance went up. I still feel pain but I don't give a shit because it's nothing compared to what I went through. I had narcolepsy for another 6 months after that ordeal and have PTSD from other things they did. I wouldn't recommend it. I feel significantly dumber, can't remember basic things like phone numbers and addresses for more than 5 seconds. I think that was their goal though. Police/military training is designed to dull people down.

protip: it's hard to fall asleep when you're hungry so you'll probably stay up all night, and, fasting gets really difficult after 12 hours, then around 14-16 hours you lose your appetite. force your self to eat, and eat a lot. then eat lunch after as well, then, you're permitted to take a nap so long as you wake up in time for dinner. don't eat too much for dinner or you might be unable to sleep again

Buy the liquid form, it's more expensive but most of the tablets have way too high of a dose and with liquid you can measure it out yourself.
