Reminder to do 3 weeks on 1 week off (give or take, adjust how you see fit) elsewise your body will get used to the stack and effectively make it meaningless.

(1) L-Arginine, 1000mg Strength, Taken 1 time daily = 1000mg

(2) Zinc, 50mg Strength, Taken 1 time daily = 50mg

(3) Pygeum, 100mg Strength, Taken 2 times daily = 200mg
-Hard to find, I use Swanson Vitamins and just order it online

(4) Lecithin, 1200mg Strength, Taken 1 time daily = 1200mg

(5) Fish Oil, 1400mg (900mg Omega-3), Taken 1 time daily = 1400mg

Take all 4 in the morning after waking up (six pills), then second dose of pygeum around 10 pm after not eating for one hour. Spring Valley at your local Wal-Mart is plenty for all of these except the pygeum, which I get online.

Remember, your body gets used to stuff. Switch the stack on and off.
