I hit a 60kg OHP before I hit 100kg Squat back in my first few months lifting years ago.

5/3/1 is the true culprit here. If you're a lanklet your deadlift starts to skyrocket, leaving all other lifts behind.

Considering I don't do much pressing I'm not surprised.

Word. 4pl8 deadlift at 70kg, meanwhile my other lift decreasing at 5/3/1.

Most likely your form is holding you back. If you REALLY want to improve, record a set of 5 and post it on the SS coaches forum.
