Title cached from an old post. Some retard commented on the title and not the content so figured id fix it.

How do you get this test what do you have to ask the doc?

I don't think your allowed to just ask for the test for the sake of it because its a waste of money.
t. Bong

I want to know this too, interested as I suspect I have low test. (Low libido, depressive thoughts)

tell the doc you feel like your gooseberries are sailing at half mast, he'll know what it means.

In the US you can ask for whatever you want and they will give it to you. I told them I felt depressed, no libido, and tired all the time. They ran a $6,000 blood test which showed the testosterone results and about 40 pages of other shit. Gave me dietary suggestions.

Then another doctor gave me a piss test for neuro chems. Just got back with that today and my serotonin is low as fuck and we went over all of the other results. She said the keto diet i have done for 2 months is a great idea and it actually has been helping with my depression and sluggishness. That could also be the 38 pounds ive dropped.

The new doc said that after 6 months of the new diet and working out 5-6 days a week to come back and if I still have low test we can look into supplementing it. Im 29 so I shouldnt need it but if I do they will give it to me.

>$6,000
Why the fuck do we not have personal blood testing kits yet, they fucking sell gene editing to normal people for less than half that

I hope the NHS goes down the loo so we can have competitive private healthcare here

I'd get private health insurance in a heartbeat if not for the NHS driving the prices high. All but the >£100,000 a year wagers have to make do with the trash circular referrals, the ineffectual cheap treatments and the utter reluctance to give out anything without months upon months of harassing GPs, not to mention the sordid mental health services.

No idea. Its fucking retarded. Maybe you should get it started and give me free tests for motivating you.

Yeah if you have a job or a little bit of money you are all set in America. If you cant afford to pay a couple thousand dollars a year for healthcare or you dont have a job that gives it to you, you are a fucking loser.

I feel bad for you guys. I lived in Canada for a few years for work. Having to deal with the healthcare there was terrible. They dont give a shit about you because they have no incentive to.

>$6000,00
nigga, even here in brazil that is a shithole we can get fancy blood tests for 50 bucks or so, with 6k you can buy your weight worth of blood

where do you live?

Good work man, you're making progress and your discipline is making you better. Sorry you're still feeling depressed.

Maybe invest yourself in a few other active hobbies you'll enjoy and it'll help(as long as you keep lifting). That's helped me personally when I've felt low.

Thanks user. Im going to hopefully hit my goal at 179lbs before the end of the year.

By then if my test is still low Ill start supplementing. ALWAYS BE LIFTING BRO.

>I don't think your allowed to just ask for the test for the sake of it because its a waste of money.
Socialism has cucked you

Retarded question, which is the medical test that measures your testosterone levels?

Getting into hunting again so lots of hiking and free protein.

Hell yeah man, I just caught a salmon the other day, and there isn't any better protein than the shit you caught yourself.

Hand over your natty card, and hop on the onion juice ride

Op here. I had to take a blood test. Just ask your doctor to test your test

OP here. Hell yeah. I caught a snook the other day and grilled that bitch 3 minutes after I killed it. Cost me $0.03 cents for a piece of squid. Going white tail hunting this season. 200lbs of meat for a 40$ tag and a homeade bullet.

I just started TRT yesterday. It took forever and 2 blood tests, an upcoming MRI, and another bloodwork but fuck it hopefully it's worth it. I always felt depressed, fatigued, foggy.

Similar situation, was feeling way better after starting to take zinc vitamin d and shitloads of ashwa, try that if youre not already. It was great when I just started taking it, but feels like I'm building a tolerance after 3 months.

yeah you're not going to boost your test much by getting bigger. It might help a bit, but if you also improved your diet to be as good as possible, as well as supplementing zinc and iron and whatever you might make it up to 400 if your normal level is 313.
While honestly anything under 550 is suboptimal and not very fun, you have really no chance of actually getting a prescription to put you in a good range, as the acceptable amount is 264-916 as of january. Just remember when you're feeling depressed that your doctor would rather diagnose you with a prozac deficiency than a testosterone one.

Finding out I have low test somehow gave me more motivation to work out - like I have to prove to myself that I can overcome it.

Trying to get smaller. 511 down from 260 to 220. This doctor will not prescribe anti depressants. She said my test is low and will happily give me a supplement if I need it after im at my goal weight and if I keep eating right.

Taking vitamins and supplements now. I think adding a bag of kale or spinach a day to my diet is the best thing I have ever done.

Ha you can do it in China for like $10, and get the results in the hour

yep, even most fat girls have more testosterone than you

are you a pedo too like all the other low t betas

I'm definitly not a fat 14 year old from /b/ go back to middle school summerfag.

>$6,000 blood test
Burgercucks, lmao.

>not being able to get a test because you rely on the government to take care of yourself

Eurocuck, lmfao

We still have private health care you know.
Just in our case, it's optional.

>not being able to get a test
? I can get any test I want. My healthcare isn't as awful as yours. Stop projecting.

It's only optional for the super wealthy. The poor have to deal waiting 9 months for a cancer treatment after a group decides if it's worth treating or not. Get it together. You wouldn't have replied if you weren't jealous.

>It's only optional for the super wealthy.
It isn't though, I'm average income and have used it. I can't afford cancer care private sure, but i got my acne sorted on it, my dad got his cystic problems fixed with it, and my mum got her bowel problems fixed on it, cheaper than US regular prices too.

It's affordable if you're at least lower middle class.

And in the US the poor can't afford cancer treatment at all, and get none. I'm not jealous because id rather wait 9 months than not wait at all. But it's not 9 months anyway, cancer treatment on the NHS is extremely fast, when my mum had suspected cancer they immediately transferred her from the GP doctors to a hospital screening ward, she had results and the all clear within a week.
