:(

>Feet planted out wide
>Toes pointed out
>Hands narrow on the bar
>Squat down until your grip is comfortable on the bar
This isnt the exact autist way but it feels really natural when you do it.

How wide???!!

If you feet get crushed by the pl8s you are too wide

Ok how do i initiate the pull

i barely understand how to conventional deadlift and everyone says that is far less technical than sumo. I want to try sumo to see if i like it more because i heard some people say it worked much better for them and they made good progress

I dont think its very technical, its very straightforward since you are more upright during it so your lower back is much less endangered by a fuck up.

You stand up and hold onto the weight
??
Just go do it, its the most natural thing there is.

Okay i will do it tomorrow

watch the fucking video you A P E

too long, ill skim through it tomorrow

I'd personally say focus on conventional before sumo. You need to understand the hip hinge movement and activating your lats, using glutes, etc. The deadlift is simple, but it needs to be programmed into your head. I'd say do conventional with stiff or Romanian do as accessory and once you're comfortable with that, move onto sumo.

the routine says sumo as an accessory after back squats

it literally doesnt matter

enjoy your aching adductors though

it does matter, the routine says it. it's going to be very light though. only 160 lbs for 7 reps at most in a set

doing nsuns?

yes

we are the sumomarines

above 4pl8 sumo diddly here
this vid is best if you want to learn it
but it takes some time before you understand what he really means

watch it, lift , watch it again

you're in for wild ride with nsuns.
the volume really fucks you up sometimes but the gains are amazing

Why do sumos or romanians over regular diddlies?

I love the combo of front squats and sumo deadlifts

keep your spine straight :^)

i fucked my back doing sumos when i was first starting out

leverages mostly
