Looks like she's got a strong core in addition to those killer legs. Serious eye candy. But you have to go for squats for the quads and hamstrings, hip thrusts for the glutes.

To get any real development of the lower body you need to tire yourself out, because your legs do a lot of work by themselves just holding up your body and moving you around. One of the biggest guys I know starts off with a relatively light weight (squatting 135) in the gym and does three or four sets of 20 just to warm up, then adds more weight for another set or two of 20 before he even starts to really squat.

If you're a beginner lifter I'd suggest you start with a weight where you can do a set of 10 with good form. Then once you're comfortable and can do a few sets of 10 then do a set of 20 with that same weight, starting with 10 and then doing a single rep at a time with a 5 second pause between reps (this encourages hypertrophy, which is gymspeak for increase in muscle size). The important thing to do is keep the muscles engaged even when you're not repping, so if you're on squat 15 of 20 you don't rack the weight, you keep standing while doing it. Lunges ought to be used to improve your quads, though I wouldn't rely on them alone, make sure they're done in tandem with other exercises. You'll have to develop some core strength as well in order to prevent injury while doing all these exercises, so don't forget about planks and good mornings. Hip thrusts are great for the glutes, especially if weighted with a plate, and the same principles apply. Good luck.
