Training better when stoned?

Anyone else feels like pain decreases alot when lifting while youre Stoned?

Most people say it makes u slow and doozy but i can train much better and lift even harder weights when im slightly stoned.

Any experience on that?

Fkn knew its good. just stopped smoking for fun but thinking now to start again but only for sports and putting it to good use.

Nothing wrong with getting a little high. However, your bloodsugar levels drop drastically, which fucks me up particularly when deadlifting. Getting up after a set when high makes me really light headed. But it does add to a focused state of mind in my case.

Does weed confer any physiological effects? I just started using it as a sleep aid since it became legal in my state and it seems to be making my beard grow faster.

there's a reason Arnie waited until the off season to indulge in weed. It should be used recreationally or as a relaxer after hard work. It shouldn't supplement your life in any way i.e. you should be able to function fine without it if it came down to it. This is what degenerate stoners and druggies failed miserably to understand.

i love to workout high and usually do, but if I have a friend with me and I'm high at the gym I can't help but giggle and be silly the whole time and sometimes laughing mid set will mess me up and I'll have to start over.

It is great for low intensity boring stuff (hypertrophy isolations, cardio) but terrible for heavy compounds which should be the majority of your workout. The best is when you hit your heavy PRs, smoke for the easy assistance lifts, and smoke again then go for a walk.
