>bent over rows
because its fun to row more than average gymgoer deadlift 1rm
>sumo deadlift
because pulling weight off the floor is badass
>weighted dips
because that stretch

>The Press™
feels so satisfying
>EZ bar Preacher Curls
low effort HUGE BICEPS
>Cable chest press
i feel more of a burn and progress than dumbells or flat bench press

>>bent over row
plebian row variation
>>sumo deadlift
cheater
>>weighted dips
*dips fedora*

>weighted dips
>weighted chin ups
>kroc rows

>lat pulldowns
>chinups/pullups
>punchbag

>Bench press
It's the most normie exercise, I'm really good at it and my chest is by far my best muscle group.

>Weighted dips
With a great chest comes great triceps. Another exercise I am quite good at and is fun doing

>Cable crossover
Great pump after a good workout

I love chest and triceps basically.

deadlift
squat
benchpress or tricep extension

>deadlift
>Jefferson deadlift
>Romanian deadlift

Low Bar Back Squat
Overhead Press
Mixed grip deadlift

>squat
>bench press
>deadlife

>seal rows
>facepulls
>pullups

I just really like pulling.

Push press
Cheat barbell row
Resistence band pushdown

cable rope tricep extension behind the neck standing

double handed double dumbell incline press

armblasters (standard curl) 10 reps on 10s, 15 reps on 15s, 20 reps on 20s, 25 reps on 25s, then all the way back down till failure.

>Barbell curl
With focus on eccentric overload, it just swells my shit up and leaves me with an unparalleled vascularity all the way up to my shoulders.
>Semi-sumo deadlift
I just can't do conventional without snapping my shit, no matter how little weight I use.
>Squats
Don't even know why specifically, it's just an exercise where I completely shut off and enter the zone.

...

>Behind the back deadlift
>Cheat rows
>Rackpulls

>Cable face pulls
For some reason people think these are just rear delts or a pre-hab exercise, but they get your whole upper back jacked and make you look big in a shirt.

>Close grip bench
Feels more natural to me than a wider grip and looks more impressive imo

>box squat
These have fallen out of fashion because of raw powerlifting, but I don't care about powerlifting and these feel much better to me.

>Behind the back deadlift
Y-you mean a hack squat?

Yes

Incline Bench :^)

T-bar Rows

Rack Pulls

band pull aparts
one arm ohp
hyperextensions

>pullups
honestly seperates the skinny fats from the athletes
>close grip bench
a more badass version of the bench
>skullcrushers
badass name AND they cause immense amounts of pain
Most hated:
>squat
this exercise makes me sweat like a pig, and when you fail you look like a fucking retard and feel like an ABSOLUTE beta. Doesn't help I regressed a shit ton on this lift from not doing it for like 2 weeks.

>band pull aparts

don't let the secret out bro, my rear delts and traps need to put everyone else to shame

>bench press
Good for lifting things above you
>bent over barbell row
good for lifting things in the ground
>ez preacher curls
good for lifting things at an angle when you can only use your biceps and you cant stand up

>OHP
because it's fun and it's made me good at picking up chicks
>Conventional Deadlift
I'm decent at it
>Weighted Pullups
It's fun doing something that people much lighter than me struggle with, with additional weight.
I also like doing bench press

don't you mean
>mentally ill rows

Tranny rows are really good for grip strength, upper/mid back development and suppressing the desire to be a cute little girl

>deadlift
>squat
>Pullups/chin-ups

>OHP
Pure fucking testosterone, fucking love it
>Deadlift
Duh, pulling a fuckton of weight is fun
>Weighted dips
99% because I go to a normie gym where most people can only do assisted dips. Coming in after them and strapping a few 45s on puts them to shame and I love it

Nice Tapout shirt bro

>OHP
Might be because I listen to one of my favorite songs throughout
>Deadlift
My best lift and feels satisfying
>Upright Rows
My traps just look great afterwards

deadlift
bench
pullup

this was tough, honorable mentions: chinup, sumo deadlift, close grip bench, overhead press, any kind of curl

>The Press™
Because lifted heavy-ass shit over your head towards the sky is the best feeling.
>Facepulls
Best rear-felt burn ever
>Squat-Clean Thrusters
A clean, a front squat, and a push-The Press™ all in one? Yes please.

Pullups, Barbell Bench, Squat.

Also romanian deads, dips, one arm pushups, and shoulder press, but that's more than 3

>DL
sumo due to issues from car accidents. High volume, moderate-high weight, short rests, get jacked
>OHP
I've got good shoulder genetics despite starting as a super skelly tier. Pressing is easy for me and pushes my bench up, so why not do it and follow with variations for awesome arms/shoulders?
>rows supersetted with rows
One-armed, because of same issues that gotme pulling sumo. I start with something I can do for
8-15 reps.Form can a have a bit of english on it. Then you hit 20-30+ reps on a light enough weight for TUT & pump, strict and slow on the eccentric. Back to the heavier DB and repeat for a total of 3-5 rounds.

Honorable mention
>squats done pyramid style, EMOM. Done like the DL, this also counts as cardio.
>heavy squat walkouts, because nothing reminds you that your working sets ain't shit like feeling another plate or more above your 1rm on the bar. Also counts as ab work

>barbell rows
>bench
>weighted dips

only other acceptable answers would be squats and weighted pullups

sumo deadlift
incline bench
good ol high bar squat

close grip pause bench

weighted chinups

paused squat

OHP - Fun to lift shit over your head
Deadlift - Fun to pick shit up from the floor
Pull ups- Fun to pull shit up to a bar

>Zercher Deadlift
always fun to see people looking at you like you're some kinda retard
>Jefferson Deadlift
feels primal, idk
>T-Bar Rows
that weighted stretch

>pullups
Challenging but feel like they have a good linear progression to them

>tbar rows
Fun

>close grip seated rows
I want thicc ness between shoulder blades

>RTO Dips
shit is a god damn challenge that i may never get

>weighted chin-ups
i want a full on 200lb chin-up
>bench press
bro press is how people determine your power level

>GHR
because i need a lower body movement to throw in there so i don't get called a leglet

Heavy bag, deadlift, dumbbell press. A 100 lbs heavy bag will have you strong and fast as lightening if you have heart. Suck my dick.

Neutral grip pull-up

>behind the neck press
>upright row
>behind the neck pull up

>pendlay rows
>close grip bench

Barbell hipthrust
>For dat ass
Cable facepulls
>For nice upper back
OHP
>For dem delts and seratus anterior so I get better at a striking

>jump rope with all the basic tricks
Best weight loss tool and improves overall condition. 10 minutes of skipping is way more efficient than 10 minutes of running

>Plank to push up
Lovely core and chest work out. Hold plank for 3 sex before transitioning to push up

>DEADLIFTS
Best test if you can lift heavy shit. The working man's lift.

>weighted pullups
Making my back fucking sexy
>t-bar rows/ seated rows
I love back day and can move some nice weight
>incline db bench
Love dat der stretch and building my upper chest

>The Press
Because I feel crazy when I do them
>Deadlifts
Because picking heavy shit up is satisfying
>Weighted chinups
Because fat people can't do them and normies never touch the bar so I have it all to myself

>weighted chin-ups
>seated shoulder press
> one arm vertical cable pull down.

>kroc row
because it's the heaviest thing I can do with a dumbbell

>weighted chinups
I'm a recovering fat fucker, and happy that I can do these. +20kg for 5 reps

>ab crunch machine
dunno, feels good man

Landmine chest press
Tricep push downs
Seated cable rows

Idk, I do plenty of pendlay rows, and my back is ok.

my man. this is literally my workout today

I also do Pendlays. Fuck BOR.

>neutral grip pullup
>deadlift
>pendlay row

3 badass exercises although I'd like to have dips on the lift, my shoulders can't take it

>pull ups
>overhead press
>skull crushers

>weighted chins

>rack pulls
muh ego lifting
>ohp
