MOST HATED exercise

Tell us about your most hated exercise, and WHY you hate it.

For me,
>dumbbell flyes
Always feels like my arms are going to be ripped apart and I can never do it symmetrically.

barbell flyes

Bench.

Which makes no sense because I slam out power cleans.

I always feel like I'm not doing it right or that the bar is shifting or that I didn't touch the same spot on my chest each rep

kettlebell flyes

This

Bicep curls, because I hate all the fucking skeleton ass university freshman coming in doing bicep curls for fucking half an hour and taking all the dumbbells. I started doing a fuckton of weighted chinups instead since none of them use the pullup bars.

Back day.
7 different exercises.
Loading plates on the Hammer Strength machines.
Moving pins on the Med-X machines.
Wondering if I should do more pulls or more rows.
Wondering if underhand is better than overhand.
Wondering if side dumbbell rows (like Branch Warren does !) are worth it.
Wondering if squeeze is better than weight.

>wondering why my job sucks.

curls

OHP

BB bench, because it has no safeties and I'm a loner.
Asking strangers for a spot hurts my soul.

i h8 all ab exercises. Sit-ups, leg raises, roll-outs whatever

Bench because guillotine fear when weak on the last set.

Squats, no matter how good my form is I always feel like I'm doing something wrong.

smith machine flyes

barbell rows

What.

Lol

OHP.

Fuck this exercise:
>Can't progress for shit on it
>Regularly deloading
>Constantly scared of shitting myself during it

...

Samefag

Squats.
I know that makes me a bitch, but don't worry, I do them anyway.

Fucking bearcrawls.

OHP is the best, I started lifting 6 months ago at a 115lb OHP for 5 reps and now I'm at 165 for 5 reps

Any leg exercises because they're pointless for me since I bike for miles everyday

These threads should be most hated exercise that you actually do. I seriously hope no one here does dumbbell flyes on a bench. Floor is alright.

Squats.
My PPLPPXX routine is nice for me. Fuck squats, once a week is enough and I deadlift two times as well!

Obviously they're going to post hated exercises that they do because if they didnt do them they wouldn't hate them

Upright rows because my traps are getting too big already

I've just realized we call this exercise flies because it imitates flying. A few years after starting to do them regularly.
