I've been in a pretty bad funk lately. Due to recent events in my life, I've had pretty bad anxiety that has prevented me from enjoying a lot of aspects on my life, including exercise. I have to take Zoloft now to keep calm enough. My therapist has strongly encouraged me to exercise to get better. That being said, what music do you guys listen to while working out?
Music you listen to while exercising

I'm ashamed of it but Lana Del Rey and Florence + The Machine really get me going in the gym. I supplement it with Carpenter BrĂ¼t and it seems all right. Throw in a little Shakira, Michael Franti, and Mambo No. 5 and baby we are good to go

I generally dislike electronic music, esp the modern one,but I really liked lazerhawk skull and shark album,it 's very spooky

No shame in listening to Lana, bra.
Great band. I could never get into south of heaven (too slow) or seasons (i dont like toms singing, he should only yell) but reign in blood is one of my favourite thrash albums alongside kill em all, endless pain and persecution mania.

Used to listen to this before midterms. It's weird but it simultaneously makes me want to kill someone, hypes me up, and clears my mind. Net result is a focused determined relaxation.
I might have autism or something.
