tfw when still look like a skelly

Are you a man or a woman?

Guy, why?

Clearly this is a chart for men, that's why.

Does anyone have a source for a BMI chart for men?

bmi is bullshit

>6'1"
>skinny
>borderline overweight here

>BMI

I'm 6'0" 140lbs and I just ate a cup of rice + chicken and broccoli and my stomach hurts and I want to die.

Bulking is a meme.

I'm 130 pounds and about 6 foot as well.
Train regularly and keep pushing yourself as much as you can bare.
Eat more - more protein and just generally raise your calorie intake.
Takes about 4 months for me to develop some decent muscle
(Pity I've only got the motivation/patience for 4 months then I stop and lose all my gains ;( )

I feel you I was big into working out then I took a vacation where I stopped for a week and lost all my motivation.

>69"
>175lb
>classified overweight

SS & GOMAD

Pussy. I'm 5'11" 133 and I could eat two cups of rice, two chicken breasts, and some broccoli and still be hungry.

Although I still can't fucking put on weight

I've been here four years and had been at 135 for about three of those. I'm 140 soaking wet now.

It is uber gay and do not recommend

former skellington here

once your metabolism gets used to more calories it becomes a lot easier, but trying to break free from dyel-mode is hard at first

i just made a protein shake of 1500kcal every day, eventually lowering it to 1250-1000-800 and replacing it with food

Protein Shake = 1500/94
Oats = 600/20
Milk = 150/8
Protein Power = 240/48
Fruit = 200
Peanut Butter = 380/18

basically just dump a bunch of shit in a blender and force yourself to swallow it until you learn how to consume more

>Step #1
Stop referring to BMI.
It is a garbage method of determining healthy weight because it doesn't take into account body composition.

>Step #2
Eat more you skelly bitch.

>tfw fatties think they have it hard
>tfw it is so much easier to not eat like shit than to stuff yourself 24/7

thats what im sayin

but if you're skelly, wont you just be gaining more fat than you will muscle with the shakes?

You've been trying for four years, and gained only 5 lb?

>6'
>200 lbs
>12% bf
>almost considered obese

And this is why BMI is bullshit. Fuck off with this.

I've been doing SS for 3 and a half years and still have progress to make in regards to weight loss. Everyone's body is different.

How many inches is 5'3?
