I just started taking it seriously about 2 weeks ago. Just moved to free weights after realizing the machines werent doing shit for me. Im lifting so much less, but feeling it way more. The biggest obstacle is stabilizer muscles and my fucking forearms. The bone hurts after bicep curls and benching. Those bone gainz cannot come soon enough. also eating enough
