Thicc thighs or fat thighs?

How can I tell if they're mostly fat or muscular?

Wasn't necessarily aiming for the thigh gap and I don't mind them but I always had the impression they should be a tad slimmer.

Since I hav ebeen working them for so long the thought of them still being the fattest part of my body bugged me.

Build hamstrings to get rid of the cellulite, basically just fill the legs to the point that fat can't collect over it. The fat will be there still because it isn't going to go away, but having more muscle in there will tighten them up

RDLs or SLDL or just deadlifts should do fine.

you can't lose localized fat, so you would probably have to get to an unhealthy low fat % to lose your thighs, which is not a good idea

better to work with what god gave you and get a bigger ass

OP, one last question. Someone told me once to drop the weights and do more reps instead of low reps / heavier weight as this will make me thicker. Should I stick with what I'm doing or will this make me too big? I was thinking of upping the reps and weight as well lol

how many reps? if i were you i'd pick a good grill hypertrophy program and stick to it instead of experimenting yourself with the rep ranges and stuff like that

lower legs and calves are a nightmare to train for mass, so i won't pretend i know anything about it.

Sprints, plyos, jump-ropeing, 3-5k runs a couple times a week. That will even you out and make you look more athletic.

Not more than 12 reps, maybe 15 and somewhere in the range of 4 to 6 sets. Usually until exhaustion or dizziness.

Sometimes I vary and start with heaviest weight until 10 or 12 reps, then drop some weight and continue the set to 20 or 25. Am I memeing myself with this?

I did a lot of running back when I started getting fit, would run for at least an hour. Now I grew sort of bored of it and only rarely do it, I don't have the time for it either.
Is doing speed intervals a good alternative?

5k shouldnt take you more than 20mins and that is being generous about it. Hell, you can bust out 10 40-60 yard sprints in less than 12 minutes. Im telling you m8, sprints and plyos for sure, and maybe try to make time for a (couple) mid-distance runs during the week or a 20minute jump rope session. Rotate your training if you have to. Week 1, focus on your strength training with the weights. Week 2 focus on sprints and plyos. Week 3 focus on running. Rinse and repeat, it will keep the training pretty fresh.
