depends on your fitness goals
cottage cheese tends to have less calories (but there are so many variations for both, just in terms of fat content)
cottage cheese also tends to have more protein

Cottage cheese god tier side dish when cutting

Define "healthier"

The state of being free from illness or injury.

Cottage cheese tastes like shit but Greek yogurt is good

cottage cheese has an ungodly amount of salt in it

greek yoghurt is great
I get the 1kg tubs of 0% fat FAG(e) greek yoghurt.
i make a puree of frozen berries and mix them in.
so good.
mild concern about the amount of sugar i'm consuming.

>Dairy products
>healthy

if you want plenty of healthy zits maybe

I got none. Fuck off vegan!

All the greek yoghurt at my supermarket has low protein

Quark beats all your shit.

try regular yoghurt instead. turkish yoghurt.

Why are you not getting the one with more fat and less sugar?

which ever you like more.

I prefer cottage cheese

Magerquark for shakes and fruit, Cottage with pepper and bell pepper on whole wheat buns.

Yogurt is good for your digestion. But mix it up if you want to be able to eat them for a long time before wanting to kill yourself. Also budget mozzarella is a nice addition for bulking.

Don't assume everyone else has terrible skin genetics just because you do

yes hooman, eat up!

fruit on the bottom greek yogurt + oatmeal is a god tier lunch

Cottage cheese is god tier, just cut 1kg of carrots and 2 cucumbers, 400g of cottage cheese and u have perfect perma snack during work hours (it job)

>americans will never be able to consume high quality protein

enjoy your cancer

Cottage cheese is probably better macro-wise, but greek yogurt tastes way better.

Why not both?

this, If you're watching sodium intake, or have high BP (which a lot of fatties do) go with the Greek yogurt.

Quark

Kefir

what about curd? It's super cheap (49 cents/200g) 1,5% fat, 22g of protein/100g

i eat 2 containers of cottage cheese (500g or 400 im not sure now) for second meal of the day

if you cant eat it because >muh taste
you need to grow a pair because you will never make it otherwise

Sodium is proven to not cause hypertension. That all started from a single poorly conducted study decades ago. Look up anything recent.
I'd say cottage cheese it better, less sugar

Third option, skyr.

Icelanders are all hoarding it tho.

wtf is wrong with you (americans i guess)? greek yogurt? seriously? Quark or skyr is far more superior

I use cottage cheese in my lasagna because ricotta cheese has shitty macros

both have
>animal protein
>caso-morphins
>lactose
>puss
No, thanks.
Next!

Faggot detected.
No, thanks.
Next!

>animal protein
AKA the best protein.
>lactose
Stop having such shitty genetics.

...

>conveniently avoid the caso-morphins issue

Shill detected.

how can one stop having shitty genetics?

>Not mixing Cottage cheese with Greek yogurt
Cease this faggotry

>acting like you had multiple points when you only had one
Shill detected.

This could also be a response to the Turkish yoghurt suggestion.

yoghurt is slightly better for your stomach, other than that I don't really think there is any defensible way to claim one is "healthier" than the other.

>accusing the person of only having one point yet failing to address it

Dumb shill confirmed.

>america
>having quark or skyr or even being reasonably priced if you find it

do you even think before you post?

Confirming this as an Amerifat. I've never once found quark stateside. Skyr is available in some specialty stores but the price is at least double that of Greek yogurt.

Only Greek yogurt is acceptable, if you're not muslim/a nigger.

>cottage cheese
Fucking disgusting. I tried making an egg white and cottage cheese breakfast muffin and I spent the next hour lying down trying not to hurl. Couldn't even finish the damn thing. Greek yogurt is almost $2 more but fuck it at least I can eat it.

I think if you type in "quark near me" you'll find stores that carry it. I'm in Southern California and there stores around here that sell quark but it's like $3-$4 per container

Oh, that's believeable
