my wife is around 5'9'' 150lb japanese. i got her lifting about 2 years ago, focusing on good form. she works a lot but lifts when she can, maybe averaging 2x per week.

Her lifts from what i can tell when we lift together:
back squat (high bar): 185x3 or 135x10
flat barbell bench: 95 for a 3x5
ohp: 50lbs for 3x5
pull-ups: 3 with palms-facing grip
t-row: bar + 55lbs for 3x8

that's all the barbell stuff she does. she does dumbbell work, some machines, cables, etc.
