Okay then let's see your body because that guys is jacked af who cares what his form is?

That guy also lost his skin because of improper form

Shoulder-wide grip
Push in straight line
Have strong shoulders

Can we take a moment to appreciate how based the Serratus Anterior muscle is?

The chad deadlift

>grip to wide
>not resting arms on lats
why are you posting a pic of a crossfitter, OP?

That's the virgin deadlift

Chads don't need shortcuts

I have very long femurs relative to my shins. Is Sumo right for me?

OHP really is pure kino. Truly, the patrician's choice.

God-tier:
>OHP
>Pull-ups
>Cleans

Good-tier:
>Deadlifts
>Push-press (purely for OHP gains, not egolifts)

Meh-tier:
>Bench press
>Rows
>Any dumbbell excercise

Shit-tier:
>Squats

>chads dont need shortcuts
>guy in pic literally took shoes off to make it easier
lad....

The difference with sumo is like 3 feet

that's like 1cm

>Not doing your diddleys with high heels for maximum distance and muscle tension

Never gonna make it

Or because they would compromise his balance. It's not uncommon to not want to DL in WL shoes due to the raised heel.

Wasn't the girl in pic related some op's sister a few years back? God what a lucky bastard

Taking your shoes off makes it more natural. Rocket boots would be a shortcut

I don't get the love for OHP really, I did it for years but dropped it for more bench / bench variant volume and that's when I really started looking big

and when I occasionally come back to it, it seems to progress along with my bench and close grip bench anyway without even being trained directly

Think you mean unlucky.

>they don't do russian twists

Flex ur ass and try pin presses

>Rows
>Meh-tier

fucking madman

every deadlift is the virgin lift

>doing anything but hanging leg raises and weighted decline sit ups.

Its like you hate abs.
