Any low carb fags here?

Also on a side note ever since i started low carb, 2 weeks ago, ive started to shit like every 2 or 3 days with really no urge sometimes i just sit on the toilet waiting for even a little poo to come out. is this normal?

im having touble finding sides to go along with my protein. basically all fruits and veggies have at least 15 to 20 carbs per serving. what does fit eat for sides?

not currently calculating fiber should i be?

I am, and pretty much all of my carbs come from vegetables (broccoli and cauliflower)
You can subtract the fibre from the carbs.
So if you eat a serving something with 20g of carbs, and 10g of fiber, you count it as 10 net carbs.

Keto fag here. Ketosis for over 3yrs. Deopped a lot of veggies from my diet. Seemed like wasted calories desu and not sold on antinurient shit. No complex meals for me, keeping it simple seems to make it easier. Ketochow is da bomb btw.

Jewgle that shiz bro. Its just a low carb shake. Great meal replacement and post work out protein. I only eat 1 real meal per day. Mainly due to being a busy son bitch.

Probably generally unhealthy in terms of vitamins and minerals ect but its all I have so I figured out a 1600 cal meal that I eat once per day to keep full and lose weight
>2 hard boiled eggs
>2 1/4 lbs 70% beef patties w garlic and pepper

And that's my one meal, everyday.
Gives me a 75 5 20 split
Way under calories though so I probably am fucking my metabolism but that's life right now

Honestly don't care for chicken and have a good supply on ground beef, 10 lbs for 25 bucks which is cheap in my city

Great cheap fat source, found a good source on coconut oil, literally a 3 month supply if I just use it for coffee for 12 bucks

Wish I could tolerate coconut oil. Let alone MCT oil... hard enough to trust a fart on Ketochow. The struggle is real.

Chicken is lean, ground beef isnt. It all depends on your cut/bulk cycle at the time.

I don't know if needing to lose 220 lbs (137 left) is a "cut" more like giving birth to another adult human. Either way, if I'm eating the same exact meal everyday, I'd much rather have the meat I enjoy

If your going low carb it's wasted money to go lean in ketosis. Easier to cut cals else where.
