3pl8s is 315 but close enough.
I haven't tried weighted pullups, there's only one belt in my gym that can be loaded with weights and it's very elusive.

Do them all, trust me being good at pushing will make you good at pulling and viceversa

The back is worked during push ups, the pecs, and the elbow joint wich will result on a stronger biceps
