Think of it like this. You have one month with which to work with a person to get them to work out 7 days a week the entire month and your goal is to get as much muscle on that body as possible without roles. How do you go about doing this?

If I were a personal trainer, I would NEVER have a beginner work out that many days a week. It's extremely counterproductive.

As a beginner you will be able to get maximum muscle stimulus from 3-5 sets 3 times a week for each muscle part.

Don't try to rush it. High volume training will not give you any better results as a beginner (will probably give worse). I suggest you look into strong lifts 5x5 and start with that, then after 1-2 months of lifting and learning the exercises, start doing Ice Cream Fitness 5x5.

3 workouts a week, 48 hours rest, monday, wednesday, friday. that's the best way if you want to get stronger and bigger.

First off there is no quick and easy way to getting big, even roiding you have to manage your diet and lift. Second, one months time isn't really going to show much for results and this is why most people give up seeing as we live in a world of instant gratification.

Can you post some before after pictures during that time and some current pictures to see what you gained post juice or whatever.

Listen to me motherfucker. I have a GREAT tip for you as a 6'4 lanklet myself.

Work out often, and get a GOOD program. You hear me? That's number one. Number two is PERFORM and CONSISTENTLY perform the program, with CORRECT form, PUSHING yourself and UPPING the weights. THat's number 2.

Number 3, is fucking eat. You are tall, and even though you have shit muscles now, you STILL burn lots of calories per day passively. You NEED to learn to eat. If you can't eat 3k calories a day, you will take a LONG, LONG time. Think about it like this, IF you eat below maintenance for one day, you're not just "pausing your progress" you're going BACKWARDS in progress, that's TWICE as bad as "pausing your progress".

If you don't CONSISTENTLY eat enough, you will NEVER gain muscle """fast""".

Another thing you should know is, your body will take a LONG time to develop musculature. Never ever lift and measure your progress by how you look. That comes later. THe FIRST thing you want to measure by, is gym progress, how much more you can do for reps, how much stronger you got. If you keep getting stronger, eventually your body will catch up, slowly, almost unnoticeably over time if you pay too much attention to it.

It will take you a very long time, so to boil it down for you:

1. Get good program.
2. Follow through with program (should be 6+ hours a week). Be CONSISTENT, NEVER skip.
3. ALWAYS eat above maintenance, EVERY DAY. NEVER eat too little. EVERY day you eat too little you're LOSING progress.

Report back in 3 months, that's how long it should take of HARD, RAW ROUTINE and eating to get body results.

you won't be able to eat 4k calories of clean food in the begining, so get that mass gainer and peanut butter

Good solid tips. Mass gainers are also a good tip. Lanklet apetite is usually trash, or they just don't feel like spending 2 hours eating with their shit apetite to get the calories they need. So, eat up, eat a lot, and whatever amount of cals you didn't get to eat that day, you use mass gainer for.

It's a simple thought experiment.

consistency is key; lifting for 3 months hard and then stopping is dumb. lift for 30 years and start now. always think ahead and make sure you have time throughout your week to get it done. drop to a novice routine when you get busy so you can still get the workout done.

count your calories and do SL/SS and start upper body accessories

Looking good naturally takes about a year at least to start seeing results.
