Listen to me motherfucker. I have a GREAT tip for you as a 6'4 lanklet myself.
Work out often, and get a GOOD program. You hear me? That's number one. Number two is PERFORM and CONSISTENTLY perform the program, with CORRECT form, PUSHING yourself and UPPING the weights. THat's number 2.
Number 3, is fucking eat. You are tall, and even though you have shit muscles now, you STILL burn lots of calories per day passively. You NEED to learn to eat. If you can't eat 3k calories a day, you will take a LONG, LONG time. Think about it like this, IF you eat below maintenance for one day, you're not just "pausing your progress" you're going BACKWARDS in progress, that's TWICE as bad as "pausing your progress".
If you don't CONSISTENTLY eat enough, you will NEVER gain muscle """fast""".
Another thing you should know is, your body will take a LONG time to develop musculature. Never ever lift and measure your progress by how you look. That comes later. THe FIRST thing you want to measure by, is gym progress, how much more you can do for reps, how much stronger you got. If you keep getting stronger, eventually your body will catch up, slowly, almost unnoticeably over time if you pay too much attention to it.
It will take you a very long time, so to boil it down for you:
1. Get good program.
2. Follow through with program (should be 6+ hours a week). Be CONSISTENT, NEVER skip.
3. ALWAYS eat above maintenance, EVERY DAY. NEVER eat too little. EVERY day you eat too little you're LOSING progress.
Report back in 3 months, that's how long it should take of HARD, RAW ROUTINE and eating to get body results.
