Should I start doing butterfly kicks if I want a six pack? Thanks

Should I start doing butterfly kicks if I want a six pack? Thanks.

Abs are made in the kitchen, not the gym.

Do planks, and don't eat. Lift too.

Thats the only way

No

Yes, 3 series to failure everyday before sleep, thank me later.

Yes, go for it, buddeh. Do 100 reps 3 times a day and you'll get your amazing six pack in just 2 weeks! Thank me later.

How many planks should one do per session (to failure)?

I know abs are made in the kitchen buy while you are cutting do you need to work out abs? It's a genuine question?

>Abs are made in the kitchen, not the gym.

hes right though.
well, by abs if u mean visibility yes, but for strong core then no it doesnt matter u just need to dead and squat real heavy.

>the "squats build core" meme

I want this to die. There's a reason the blubber monsters who follow SS aren't known for aesthetics.

Aim for a couple minutes. Also do hanging leg raises and Russian twists

>traps are made in the kitchen, not the gym.
>biceps are made in the kitchen, not the gym.
>triceps are made in the kitchen, not the gym.
>delts are made in the kitchen, not the gym.
>lats are made in the kitchen, not the gym.
>quads are made in the kitchen, not the gym.
>glutes are made in the kitchen, not the gym.
>forearms are made in the kitchen, not the gym.
>pecs are made in the kitchen, not the gym.
>calves are made in the kitchen, not the gym.

Gee, funny, none of these are true, and you need to actually build the muscle if you want them to pop out with definition and look big.

But wait, somehow...
>Abs are made in the kitchen, not the gym.

Please don't give advice here any more. Also, post abs, curious what you consider a good looking core with "just squats and deadlifts".

I'll wait :^)

This guy is retarded please forgive him

Post abs.

Its a muscle bruh. If you want any particular muscle to outpace others you work it. Yeah squats will work the abs and rows will work the biceps, but that's not the main muscle worked. If you want abs and arms do curls and crunches.

>I don't isolate muscles like abs, biceps, triceps, etc. I just do heavy compounds, that's why I'm so strong!
>proceeds to flex 14in biceps
This is you

Yes obviously you want to grow those muscles

abs is the only muscle that doesn't require training, just dieting
If you work out normally they'll appear on its own

kys
thanks.

>squats and deadlifts for abs
>abs made in kitchen

Are you fucking retarded? I would tell you to go back to redit but even fitness won't accept this dumb shit.
In the past month alone I've post about people who fell for the made in the kitchen meme

> muscle that doesn't require training

I'll answer my own starting question and say yes.
you either dropped out of school at the age of 10 or you're dyel as fuck.

By your logic, someone can just drop to 5% body fat and be aesthetic as fuck

Those guys have high bodyfat and underdeveloped upper bodies, that's why they look ridiculous. Not because they are weak compared to other beginners.

Brush and shower
Act, don't react
150lb bench baby focus

>planks
if you can plank for more than a minute, you should learn more advanced exercises

as a guy who wasn't doing abs exercises for 2 years and started doing them 6 months ago I can tell you that you're wrong

I can do em for 2 min, what can i do that is more advanced
