>Been lifting 2 months now, have put on got from 77kg yo 83kg >lifts are increasing every week, >I'm counting calories and always hitting my macros and micros. >Feel like I'm on the right track.
However..
>yet to get a single comment from a family member, friend or work colleague. This is pretty disheartening. How long until my gains become noticeable to others?
Camden Garcia
>2 months >from 77Kg to 83Kg

>you cant make this shit up
Benjamin Baker
They aren't complementing you because you are getting fat
Dylan Jones
6 months to a year till anyone notices anything at all, and by then they'll just notice how fat you've gotten
Jonathan White

Op here. If anything I'm leaner than ever, started as skinny fat and still have about the same amount of fat as when I started. Delta, arms, traps, lats and quads have all gotten a bit bigger. Chest is lacking which is annoying. And no, I'm not doing SS I'm doing PPL
Carter Gomez
10 lbs of that isn't lean weight
it's probably a lot of water weight, but also fat
enjoy your dreamer bulk
Aiden Foster
You literally look like trash and you're retarded if you think more than 4 lbs of that is muscle.

Gabriel Turner
Why is this hard to believe?

This isn't even that much you fat neckbeard mongoloid. If he never was in a gym before, these are completely normal beginner gains.
Don't expect them to last very long tho, because it gets harder from here on.
You seriously posted that picture because you thought you are big, didn't you? You look like every faggot that started skinnyfat 2 month ago. If this is the case, good for you. If not you're doing something wrong.
>inb4 post picture of yourself!

This picture is perfect to trigger someone...
It's exactly the kind of body you expect from someone, bragging around with beginner gains, thinking he is big after 3 to 4 month or so.
It's like collage freshmen, believing themselves to be the most intelligent human in existence.
Andrew Fisher
>Been lifting 2 months now, have put on got from 77kg yo 83kg
you gained around 2 kg of muscle if that and the rest is fat
Wyatt Kelly
I didn't get a comment from my dad until a year into lifting. He was putting sunscreen on my back and said
>wow user you have some serious muscle packed on your back
Luke Adams
This is so 100 percent accurate. See
Adam Morris
>Been lifting 2 months now >yet to get a single comment from a family member, >still summer
checks out fucking summerfags get off my board
Elijah Adams
umm NO sweaty i guarantee unless you're on gear 10 lbs of that IS fat
Jeremiah Morales
Most people only gain 15lbs of muscle their first year lifting and that's with a great diet + workout plan. There's no fucking way you're going to convince anyone here that you did that unless you're on gear.
