i just realized that i haven't eaten before 12pm in....probably a year and a half, i mean i know i probably had like some milk a day or two, but to fully cook a meal and sit down, nope, i haven't even been doing IF for that long (6 months) i'm just not into the whole breakfast is the most important meal of the day, which i hear was a meme that companies forced back in the 60's or whatever to sell all of the excess genetically modified corn that the farmers were growing in the US

recently i've been doing a little greek yogurt, big handful of blueberries, little honey and black coffee. Usually also couple of rice cakes with either pb or hummus and deli style chicken slices.

It's good to have something in your stomach. Studies show even a donut is better than nothing for the state of your mind. I recommend buying or making some protein bars that you can take for the road.

Anons, chia seeds are GOAT for clean shits, they have 5 grams of fiber, 60 calories in 1 tablespoon.
They also have a neutral taste so you can mix them with every meal if you want easy fiber intake.
