300mg * .04 = 12mg

Fortunately, magnesium oxide is super cheap, so you just take more. Unlike chelates, it doesn't damage your stomach and you get the benefit of slow release in your intestines.

I work in a nephrologist's office. I would bet an entire year's salary against a tic-tac that you have low magnesium levels.

I eat at least 5 cups of dark leafy greens per day. I eat black beans multiple times a week. I eat nuts and seeds almost everyday.I'm over 100% of the RDI every single day. I guarantee you I don't have low magnesium levels.

I'm still willing to wager my salary no matter how much you posture and preen your vegan feathers.

The vegans eating shit diets like omnis are magnesium deficient. I'm strictly a WFPB vegan. I'm getting well over 100% of my RDI of magnesium without taking supplements.
