Need help with my diet plan please lads

Doing Starting Strength 3 days a week, running 5 miles 2 days a week.

MyFitnessPal:
500g beef mince 20% fat - 1,260 cals
565g brown rice - 768
350g sweetcorn - 280
350g kidney beans - 408
80g cheddar cheese - 320
400g chopped tomatos - 100
olive oil 2 tbsp - 270
1 whole onion
beef stock
chilli powder
Total - 3500 cals

So I plan on keeping it cheap and simple and easy to cook.
I plan on eating this for a week and then changing it up the next week to a chicken dish, probably chicken and pasta or something

Problem is when I'm ordering on Tesco's, the cans show the weight undrained, I'm already ordering 7 cans of kidney beans and sweetcorn, but undrained it's actually 1/3 of the weight so I'd have to order 21 cans of each lmfao? And I don't wanna do that autistic shit.

What do you guys suggest?

How many should I be eating? I assume the running burns a lot of calories too. Olympic swimmers and runners etc eat like 6k+, so your statement is retarded.

I feel like if you're gonna eat a pound of meat and some fucking berries and shit you should have to run like you had to chase a fucking deer with a spear.

Tbh I don't know shit about that diet but I feel like surviving like a neanderthal with a group of friends would be a dope diet/exercise plan

Eat whatever's healthy

Add some balanced exercise, run a fucking mile, do some Calisthenics, curl some dumb bells and you'll have a body that you're happy with

I like simple routines and structures to follow

Take whatever you eat, eat a smaller portion of it.

Don't drink soda anymore. Drink water. Maybe with some crystal light or something.

Run a mile everyday until you can do 9 minutes or better.

Do 3 sets of push ups. Start at 5 each if you suck, up to 25 if you can manage.

Do 3 sets of sit ups. 15-30 each.

Do plank for as long as you can.

Squat. A lot.

Lunge.

Start small, manage yourself. You'll do fine. Fit it in whenever. 30 minutes a day and you'll be happy with the results
