i also failed 2 pl8 bench today but i was able to get it up high enough on the bottom set of hooks on the bar rack so i didnt embarrass myself yelling for a spot and no1 prob noticed i didn't do a full rep B^)

It's ok. Girls can usually do many more reps on a given percentage of their 1RM because of less type-2 muscle fibers.

just dont use clamps and lean right then left so the plates fall down

IDK what calc you're using but 194x5 would put your max at 219. If you're gonna try 2pl8 after a 5x3 then get your working sets up 10 pounds.
