>Chest: Dips
>Arms, pull ups
>back pull ups
>abs: dragon flags (cant do them yet but IM FUCKING GOING TO)
>legs: lunges maybe? Dont train them that much.

>Best of them all: Pull ups

Can be easily modified to target your arms, legs and abs, while still hiting your back.

Your go Veeky Forums, what is your favorite exercises for each muscle? Or what do you think are the best exercises for each muscle?

Never fucking mind i just tried and did 1 dragon flag. We are all gonna make it.

>Favorite exercise for each muscle
>only bodyweight exercise
kys

>calisthenics

I'm still new to lifting so I don't have a favourite exercise for each muscle group. But so far my favourite thing is squats. After doing my squats I feel like my whole body is bigger. Everything gets used. And all the little bits between all the muscles feel like they worked together.

This.

When you start getting into gymnastic lifts and rings...that's the money

I said favorite, not the best. Calisthenics are a lot of fun to do

doesn't mean I can't laugh at you

this

Why would you laugh at me. More importantly, wh yare you even here, you are not contributing to the thread in anyway.

>Being this new.

>Chest: Bench
>Arms: Preacher Curl
>Back: Barbell Rows
>Abs: Hanging Leg Raises
>legs: Calf Raises with Barbell

>Best of them all: Calf Raises

I just love the burn in my calves. Also they're my best muscle

Would a dip belt be okay for maxing out calf raises?

So you are just being an asshole for the sake of being an asshole. No wonder everyone is talking about the board lowering its quality

>lowering its quality
can't go below rock bottom m8

>legs
squat
>chest
bench
>back
pull ups
>tricep
cgbp
>bicep
heavy barbell curls
>shoulders
standing dumbell ohp

.just do bodyweight calf raises at home on stairs for a bunch of reps like 3x50 or as much as you can do. calves are slow twitch so this is the best way to train them imo. do it everyday.

Butt: penis
Penis: butt
Lips: butt
Throat: penis

chest: flys
arms: hammer curls
back: bent over row
abs: cardio
legs: squat
shoulders: shrugs

If you want calf gains then start forefoot striking when you run
also do 500+ slow tempo deep bodyweight calf raises per day

I do calf raises at home while holding heavy-ass kettle bells. Great results so far. Note: do not do this on the top step while wearing socks.

Ain't nobody got time fo dat.

You're lucky I didn't say super slow tempo

just do a set of 50 whenever you have time

or you could be an autist and walk on your toes all day for juicy calves

>Chest
incline DB bench
>Bis
chin ups
>Tris
Pike pushup
>Back
Hyperextensions, especially going heavy
>Shoulders
Strict press
>Legs
Squats
>Abs
Crunches lol

I personally get in the rack and put the bar across my shoulders behind my neck like a squat and load it up. Seems like the easiest way to add weight to me (besides GOMAD). Worked up to 155 lbs 3×25 calf raises. Hoping to go up again tomorrow. Definitely seen calf gains.

Agreed.

If i had one suggestion to make, it's that everyone should learn and do the snatch high pull (youtube "klokov trapi"), nothing hits the back like it

all muscles : swimming

Chest: Barbell Push-ups
Triceps: Plate Tricep Extensions
Biceps: 21s
Back (upper back): Face pulls w/ external rotation
Abs: Hollow body rocks
Legs: Reverse Lunges

I'm only including accessories.

Aren't dragon flags dangerous for the back? Maybe i'm wrong, or maybe it is if you're heavier, but jeez they look like they're fucking terrible for the spine.

Not really if you put pressure on your shoulders and not your neck.

They're nothing more than a show-off exercise, just like human flag

Righteo, thanks for the assists mates

Where do I into those pants?

Since when are demotivating fags like you infesting fit?

>legs
Deadlift

>shoulders: behind the neck press
>chest: incline bench
>lats: lat pulldown

best exercise of all time: snatch grip rack pulls above the knee. even cutting your traps will VISIBLY GROW in weeks. it's mad

Bullshit, nothing I've ever done has popped out my upper abs like the dragon flag did. It's also really fun because of the difficulty level.
