>Chest: Dips >Arms, pull ups >back pull ups >abs: dragon flags (cant do them yet but IM FUCKING GOING TO) >legs: lunges maybe? Dont train them that much.
>Best of them all: Pull ups
Can be easily modified to target your arms, legs and abs, while still hiting your back.
Your go Veeky Forums, what is your favorite exercises for each muscle? Or what do you think are the best exercises for each muscle?
Blake Clark
Never fucking mind i just tried and did 1 dragon flag. We are all gonna make it.
Cooper Reed
>Favorite exercise for each muscle >only bodyweight exercise kys
Nolan Stewart
>calisthenics
Kevin Barnes
I'm still new to lifting so I don't have a favourite exercise for each muscle group. But so far my favourite thing is squats. After doing my squats I feel like my whole body is bigger. Everything gets used. And all the little bits between all the muscles feel like they worked together.
Cooper Johnson
This.
When you start getting into gymnastic lifts and rings...that's the money
Nathan Lewis
I said favorite, not the best. Calisthenics are a lot of fun to do
Nolan Gomez
doesn't mean I can't laugh at you

I just love the burn in my calves. Also they're my best muscle
Parker King
Would a dip belt be okay for maxing out calf raises?
Robert Bell
So you are just being an asshole for the sake of being an asshole. No wonder everyone is talking about the board lowering its quality
Hunter Rivera
>lowering its quality can't go below rock bottom m8
.just do bodyweight calf raises at home on stairs for a bunch of reps like 3x50 or as much as you can do. calves are slow twitch so this is the best way to train them imo. do it everyday.

If you want calf gains then start forefoot striking when you run also do 500+ slow tempo deep bodyweight calf raises per day
Henry Anderson
I do calf raises at home while holding heavy-ass kettle bells. Great results so far. Note: do not do this on the top step while wearing socks.
Samuel Sanders
Ain't nobody got time fo dat.
Cooper Martinez
You're lucky I didn't say super slow tempo
Luke Lewis
just do a set of 50 whenever you have time
or you could be an autist and walk on your toes all day for juicy calves
Jeremiah Foster
>Chest incline DB bench >Bis chin ups >Tris Pike pushup >Back Hyperextensions, especially going heavy >Shoulders Strict press >Legs Squats >Abs Crunches lol
Elijah Wright
I personally get in the rack and put the bar across my shoulders behind my neck like a squat and load it up. Seems like the easiest way to add weight to me (besides GOMAD). Worked up to 155 lbs 3×25 calf raises. Hoping to go up again tomorrow. Definitely seen calf gains.
Jonathan Campbell
Agreed.
Matthew Campbell

Aren't dragon flags dangerous for the back? Maybe i'm wrong, or maybe it is if you're heavier, but jeez they look like they're fucking terrible for the spine.
Hudson Clark
Not really if you put pressure on your shoulders and not your neck.
Lucas Miller
They're nothing more than a show-off exercise, just like human flag
Sebastian Cooper
