Grab the dumbell on the outside end of the bar with 3 fingers and thumb (leave the pinkie and the auxillary) and rotate while doing the curl, like in video: youtu.be/OtFLz4RwYMQ

You will have to lower your dumbell weight a bit, but the extra squeeze of the biceps at each rep makes it worth it.
